monday night is janky pasta night

i made homemade pasta and vodka sauce from scratch last night!

i’ve wanted to try and make fresh pasta for a really long time.

so i did it, while a poetry reading mesmerized a crowd in the showroom downstairs.

as with the food from the bayram meal, i definitely need to work on my presentation skills.

however these two fools assured me that it tasted alright, so alright that the dish warranted a name.

BEHOLD! janky pasta! tossed in with a version of vodka sauce (a bounty of parmesean was substituted for the parsley that no one had in house) peas and onions.

next time i am going to try and make shapes. floppy heart pasta! ghost pasta! pasta in the shape of the letters F and U! whoopwhoop!
